I've had a life long fascination with what makes us the way we are. Mystified by our seeming outer and inner lives and those of the people around me nothing seemed to make sense. Most of all why I felt so miserable inside when I seemingly had everything.Fast forward through an architectural education and a career as a bespoke goldsmith in London, I now practice as a fine artist painter and a coach. Two of my favourite things to do.I discovered my teacher Francis Lucille six years ago and I came home for good. His love, presence and intelligence are astounding to me and I am forever grateful.I am excited to share with you what I have learned through my direct experience and to be your guide home to your beloved, true self.
